For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer’.
R.B Wedding Cars is referred to as ‘the company’.
Your booking is only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
The deposit required is £50 for one car £75 for two cars £100 for three cars and £150 for four cars and is non-refundable.
The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least one calendar month before the date of the event.
Where applicable, we must receive your colour swatch one calendar month before the date of the event.
A hiring of more than 4 hours, may, at our discretion, attract an hourly charge.
No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full.
The company require immediate notification of cancellation or postponement of the event. Should cancellation or postponement occur within 16 weeks of the event, then 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
Should cancellation or postponement occur within 8 weeks of the event, then 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
All our vehicles are strictly no smoking.
Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. The company will however undertake whatever measures are necessary to complete the hiring, which may, at the companies discretion, include providing an alternative vehicle.
Our cars are cleaned to the highest standard, and will be checked over, and cleaned again shortly before arrival. However, the company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies vehicles however caused by the hirer, or the hirers guests.
The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice.
We encourage clients to provide and fit their own child seats and booster seats for their children's safety and the clients own piece of mind.
The company may take photographs of your wedding or event and use them for promotional or website material. Please advise us before the hire period should this not be acceptable.
Violence, foul language, intimidation antagonism or any form of anti-social behavior towards the Chauffeur or any member of this company’s staff will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the service and police involvement. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage caused to the vehicle will face prosecution.
Any damage to vehicles will be charged for.
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.
